We focused on Juan’s ‘WHY’ and his key professional strengths – his refined ability to create outcome driven relationships and excellent results. In supporting Juan to talk about his achievements, we found parallel strengths in his personal life through sports coaching and the interlinkage became obvious.
When combining a highly congruent set of insights in both professional and personal arenas with more knowledge into what is future-trending in retail, Juan now had a deeper level of understanding for his industry potential.
By developing Juan’s Personal Brand we also focused on how he could activate the Brand Spiral – which would further grow Juan’s Personal Brand. With a newly defined, authentic tone of voice we devised a LinkedIn strategy for Juan with recommendations for articles, content and community management.
